We accept prepaid orders only. Payment can be done by Credit Card via PayPal or by transferring money to our bank account. All major credit cards are accepted through Paypal. During checkout you can open a free Paypal account if you wish.

4. Delivery conditions and delivery time
The shippment is done through the German Post (DHL). Please check shipment and delivery here
The delivery takes place within three working days upon money arrival. Generally we have most of the offered items in stock. If it is not the case, the delivery time is stated in the description of the item.
5. 14 Day Return Policy
We have a very fair but firm return policy. Watches that are Brand New (never worn, no signs of wear) can be returned for credit up to 14 days from the date of purchase. We do not sell used watches and will not accept returns or exchanges that show any signs of wear. Under no circumstances will a used watch be eligible for a refund.
All returns are done at customers expense and must be announced beforehand via e-mail. Postage is non-refundable.
Brand new watches (never worn, no signs of wear) can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please return the watch with a note requesting which watch you would like to exchange it for and what shipping option you require. Once we get your package we will email you that we have received it. Freight charges are non-refundable.
Please note that items offered as "Special offers" or at reduced prices are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
6. Guarantee service and repairs
Your purchase is guaranteed by the manufacturers against defective parts and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage and scratches to the case, bracelet or glass are not considered to be defective by most manufacturers' guarantee agreements. All the watches are sold with a 24-month guarantee. Please contact us via E-mail to get specific information before returning the watch for servicing.
Replacement of a defective watch by a new one during the warranty period can only take place after two repairs have failed. Replacement of a defective watch by a new one after the warranty period has expired is not possible. No refund is possible in either case.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information you provide to process your orders and email your orders confirmation. We may also use your e-mail address to tell you about changes in our service or offers we think you may find valuable.
