Sturmanskie Mars

Mars represents Sturmanskie's futuristic space line and is one of the flagship models. As far as the planet Mars is explored insufficiently astronauts have to practice on Earth to be prepared for future missions to Mars. Especially for this training "Mars" was developed. The origin for this line lies in the collaboration of Volmax and Roscosmos, the Russian State Corporation for Space Activities in order to meet specific requirements. The watches had to be extremely durable, powerful, light-weight and be easily read. Volmax met and even exceeded those expectations, e.g. by covering parts of the case with scratch-resistant enamel by hand.
